Health & Wellness


Health and Fitness is a huge part of my life and who I am. My initial love for it started with the fitness aspect. I taught group fitness classes for 10 years which included formats such as spin, step, kickboxing, bootcamp, pilates, yoga, CrossFit and TRX. I studied Exercise Science as an undergraduate at Illinois State University and then shifted my focus towards the wellness side of health in my graduate work at Arizona State University. Literally everything in the exercise and wellness field interests me! I love to exercise, be active, and try new things regarding my health to further better myself and my health.


I look forward to using this section of the blog to share information on exercise, nutritional strategies, wellness tips, and various other tricks regarding other aspects of your health.
