Health and Fitness is a huge part of my life and who I am. My initial love for it started with the fitness aspect. I was a personal trainer and taught group fitness classes for 10 years which included formats such as spin, step, kickboxing, bootcamp, pilates, yoga, CrossFit and TRX. I studied Exercise Science as an undergraduate at Illinois State University and then shifted my focus towards the wellness side of health in my graduate work at Arizona State University.
